2023 — The Year of The Good Spirit
“I love the sound of deadlines as they swoosh by …” or something like that by Douglas Adams Bot in Twitter. January went swiftly and like every year I made soooo many new year’s promises — did not follow any.
Instead I spent 2023 to wonder, ponder and planning. February is made to tell about those plans. So here is the list of activities I am focusing my energy.

Hanskis Maskin Service Oy
Hanskis Maskin Service is just joined the alliance of family offices. We are family company: I own the company with my sons and name is from my dad’’s company. The business we are operating DO NOT have anything to do with machines.
Instead we are focused to consulting, advisory and coaching business. We help our clients to grow from confusion to clarity so that decisions that our clients make grows their business and increase the positive impact to the world.
During the year 2022 I’ve been consulting for instance Panostaja (An Investment Company) and few other companies. Here are some remarks of our work.

The Ministry for Good Spirit
Finally — the ministry for good spirit! Our job is to grow our members positive impact so that our members can grow good spirit in the world.
In the beginning of this year we had 76 different members and our goal is to grow the memberships up to 200.
We are focusing on three dimensions: Make philosophy clear and concrete, Increase membership value and drive inspiration projects onwards.
Making Philosophy Clear
We need to clarify our vision, mission and ways of working so much so that I have started to write a book about the project. Our aim is to publish the book latest 2024.
Increase Membership Value
Members — Companies, projects, organisations, individuals — will get more value about the ministry. The plan is to organise once a month meet ups for the members. The first event is happening 2nd of March.
This year we are piloting a club activities by which each member would benefit even more about the networks and assets.
Inspiration Projects
Inspiration projects are fundamental to the Ministery. The themes and objectives are so significant that one person or one company cannot solve the challenges. We need multiple and diverse set of actors and systematic intelligent transformation.
The most important inspiration project is the Voice of Freedom -campaign. The aim is to contribute to the re-development strategy of Ukraine. More information to follow. Be ready though — We all have an opportunity (and responsibility) to be part of the project of our lifetime.
The most long term inspiration project is the Fornemus — Growing the value of the forest exponentially. We do research and organize events. In addition I have started a metascientific-magicallyrealistic illusion art project in my Salla forest.
The very first inspiration project is the stories of the nation. During 2022 we (our small NGO) recorded and published six interesting everyday hero stories. We welcome everyone to record and share the stories of our nation.
Latest, but the most future oriented project is an idea of to increase the lifeforce of the youth. I’ve been developing this concept already couple of years but now I have right partners and project is kick off as we speak.
